Job Description

This role involves providing field-level desktop and peripheral support, handling escalations from remote support, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and clear guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve operational issues with applications installed on desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktops and laptops at client sites (rollout).
  • Perform diagnostics and resolve performance issues with equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repair services as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by advising clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact device performance.
  • Instruct clients in operating and maintaining systems.
  • Support the development of technical documentation for problem resolution.
  • Follow established procedures, checklists, and service scripts.
  • Acknowledge and adhere to internal standards and policies.
  • Assist junior technicians with their activities.
  • Provide support to VIP users.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of hardware and software support technologies.
  • Understand how work impacts results within the area.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.
Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer systems, hardware, and software is essential.
