Job Description:

Leadership Role for Distribution Operations

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our distribution operations. This key position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the department, ensuring a safe working environment and high levels of productivity.

  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by promoting fair treatment and consistency among team members.
  • Directly supervise daily activities within the department and assigned team.
  • Ensure effective management of warehouse associates through coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory flow in and out of the distribution center, meeting commitments to retailers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in general distribution operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to engage and motivate others.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
