We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and maintain total operations for assigned areas and associates. The successful candidate will ensure supervisory teams meet and maintain production standards for inventory and receiving departments based on assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of supervisors responsible for day-to-day activities of department of business unit and assigned staff
  • Supervise team's performance through performance planning, coaching, appraisal, and disciplinary efforts
  • Communicate and keep direct reports well-informed and aligned to company values, goals, results, initiatives, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Evaluate associate schedule to meet demand of inbound/outbound volume
  • Responsible for assisting in hiring, training, and developing all new and existing associates
  • Work with applicable departments to ensure efficient and accurate flow of inventory in and out of campus receiving departments
  • Hold departmental meetings as expected
  • Help support, communicate, and administer disciplinary action to associates who violate company policy
Requirements
  • Seasoned knowledge of campus inventory and receiving practices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable
  • 3-5 years of experience in management
  • Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment
  • Familiarity with WMS and supporting systems (i.e., RF & Voice Selection)
  • Basic understanding of business financial reports and information
