Controller Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team in Brazil. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing the Accounting, Tax, Controllership, and Internal Processes team.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with internal standards and guidelines, as well as adherence to corporate and tax calendars.

  • Manage and oversee the Accounting, Tax, Controllership, and Internal Processes team.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  2. Strong knowledge of USGAAP and Cross Charge Intercompany.
  3. Proven experience in management areas.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  5. Masters or MBA from a reputable institution.
  6. Specialist in Taxes and Tax Reform.
