Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Sao Paulo. This individual will play a key role in maintaining an engaging, safe, and smooth-running workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception, coordinating with vendors, and organizing employee events and activities. They will also support HR processes and ensure general office upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily reception services and front-office coordination.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with vendors.

  • Oversee workspace allocation, ergonomics, and efficient use of office areas.

  • Support onboarding logistics, including desk setup, access cards, and welcome kits.

Requirements
  • Previous 2-3 years experience in office administration, facilities, or HR coordination.

  • Knowledge of local labor and safety regulations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Service mindset and excellent interpersonal communication.

  • Proficiency in English.
