SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is seeking an accomplished SAP Technical Service Consultant to join their team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM).
This critical role contributes to SAP's global strategy by supporting customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption, driving cloud transformation journeys, and enabling business values and outcomes.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will analyze customer requirements, work across departments, and provide quality services, resolving technical complexities and accompanying customers throughout their entire cloud transformation journey.
You will be the primary contact for customers, discussing technology and innovations, and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues.
A key responsibility includes understanding customer business goals, challenges, and suggesting solutions & services that deliver value.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
They should also understand high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies, including load-balancer and virtual machine experience.
Strong experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades, as well as hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
We are looking for analytical, solution-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
Candidates should have strong experience under SAP Technical Administration Background, preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill, and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux flavors.
The ability to de-escalate critical situations and work with SAP HANA and Sybase databases is essential.
Language skills in Spanish are desirable.
