Contracting Solutions Architect on Salesforce

As a seasoned Contracting Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of contract management solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You must also have experience with integrating Salesforce-based applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Contracting processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural blueprints aligned with business goals and technology standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and Contracting technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee architecture needs for TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM, and DocuSign.
  • Serve as the chief technology expert for these applications.
