Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to lead the development and implementation of our PPI program at the site. The successful candidate will build on the strengths of prior transformation efforts and lead efforts to determine new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the progress of improvement efforts and facilitate integration of prior transformation initiatives and methodologies.
  • Measure and report key aspects of PPI performance.
  • Work closely with Finance to build operational budgets and calculate financial impacts of improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy opportunities to use PPI to enhance client satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and prioritize annual PPI opportunities in conjunction with the site leadership team.
  • Manage, coach and develop leaders to embrace PPI concepts and techniques.
  • Ensure PPI training systems are established to develop site leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business, engineering or science preferred.
  • 2-5 years experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical preferred). In addition, 2-5 years working in a continuous improvement related capacity with exposure to lean principles, Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to drive functional, technical and operational excellence. Ability to inspire and foster innovation, collaboration, transparency and team effectiveness.
Physical Requirements

The position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
