Global Wholesale Operations Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Wholesale Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operational agenda of our wholesale organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of our policies, procedures, and operating model, as well as systems and platforms used to carry out these activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and analyzing emerging issues, performing root cause analysis, and working with teams to define and execute plans to resolve the issue
  • Synthesizing large amounts of information into clear and concise messages to be relayed to stakeholders
  • Performing internal control reviews to document processes and validate the effectiveness of key controls
  • Providing reporting on significant control activities, such as audits and exams
  • Advising on and reassessing key risks and appropriateness of controls

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
