Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant or Cafe Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Restaurant or Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the outlet, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that standards are met.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverage products are of high quality and that the outlet meets all relevant health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field.
  • Qualifications: Possession of a valid RSA.
  • Skills: Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency, ability to remain calm under pressure, and ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Base Salary: $73,000 - $77,000 (gross)
