Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst

The primary function of this position is to manage treasury-related accounting processes. This includes intercompany settlements, month-end close procedures, and reconciliations. The analyst will be responsible for leading project management for treasury systems and promoting automation and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, control, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute all treasury-related month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and FX gain/loss accounting.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on interest postings, journal entries, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain intercompany loan tracking, settlement schedules, and reporting in close partnership with Tax and Accounting.
  • Support treasury-related audit requests and ensure SOX-compliant documentation.
  • Lead the treasury's role in ERP and treasury system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting, reconciliation, and workflows using automation tools, RPA, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, FX transactions, and the financial close process.
  • Experience working with ERP and treasury systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to financial systems and/or automation projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
