About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing ecommerce platform team at Cartpanda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and partners
  • Qualify leads and manage the lead pipeline in a CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and messaging
  • Create and/or maintain Hubspot pipeline
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tech startups, preferably in ecommerce startups
  • Experience managing a team of 4+ people
  • Expertise in Hubspot and sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for ecommerce and creator space
