Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in São Paulo. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing our client base in the USA and executing processes to generate new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop our client base in the USA and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities;
  • Build relationships with our prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media;
  • Personalize our content according to the prospect;
  • Pass on leads that are sales-qualified to an account executive to close;
  • Understand client needs and requirements;
  • Brainstorm with your team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insider's products in targeted industries and segments;
  • Learn and grow with our team through countless training sessions and mentorship from top-notch sales professionals.

Requirements:
  • Good exposure to the e-commerce society;
  • Advanced English;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid mode in São Paulo;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day;
  • Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads;
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills;
  • Preferably digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position.
