Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in São Paulo, Brasil. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and expanding our market presence in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Latin America, with a primary focus on Brasil.
  • Create business plans within the company framework.
  • Identify prospects and define contact programs.
  • Grow, nurture, and leverage professional networks to create opportunities.
  • Arrange prospect meetings and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Lead the sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue growth and achieve targets set in the sales quota plan.
  • Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours.
  • Maintain and update HireRight's sales database (Salesforce) daily.
  • Manage and lead responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Ensure appropriate pricing for opportunities to maintain business profit margins.
  • Work with Customer Onboarding to ensure seamless implementation of new business contracts.
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to promote HireRight and generate new business.
  • Contribute to sales meetings and sales pipeline review meetings, ensuring agreed actions are completed on time.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on large organizations (15,000+ employees).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the LATAM market, with a focus on Brasil.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of employment screening market and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection, and security would be desirable.
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Comfortable and confident with C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the LATAM and North American region.
