Operations and Finance Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our finance operations team in Brasília. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting procedures related to the issuance of travel tickets and the organization of travel expense reports linked to official missions. They will also contribute to initiatives aimed at improving management practices in the areas of Procurement, Consultancies, Administration, and Travel.
Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and organizing control spreadsheets related to travel, consultancies, and procurement processes. The candidate will also assist in feeding and consolidating data in control spreadsheets and institutional reports.
Additionally, the successful applicant will support the translation and revision of institutional documents and materials when necessary. They may also assist in analyzing Vendor's Forms to request that their bank information be uploaded to the system, as well as supporting petty cash forms.
Requirements for the position include fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese, with Spanish being an advantage.
Responsibilities:- Support travel ticket issuance and travel expense report organization;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
- Create, update, and organize control spreadsheets;
- Feed and consolidate data in control spreadsheets and reports;
- Translate and revise institutional documents;
- Assist with vendor form analysis and petty cash forms;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required;
- Spanish is an advantage;
