As a BPO Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating with multiple outsourced service providers. Your primary goal is to drive operational efficiency and achieve high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with outsourced vendors
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular operational reviews and analysis
- Drive vendor teams to meet or exceed customer service expectations
- Standardize workflows, scripts, and operating procedures
- Promote process automation and digital transformation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on training program design
- Establish quality assurance mechanisms
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English
- Strong ability to adapt to changing business environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in merchant operation support is an asset
