People Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Operations Manager.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and additional duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs by developing multiple recruitment channels. Achieve departmental headcount targets and maintain a healthy workforce structure.
  2. Promote corporate culture initiatives within the department, organizing meaningful employee activities and care programs.
  3. Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment to ensure a functional work environment.
  4. Assist in various administrative tasks, including office facility maintenance, dormitory/apartment management, and company vehicle leasing.

Addtional Duties:

  • Serve as the local representative providing localized insights to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and implementation of assigned tasks within the region.
