Senior Business Growth Specialist Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, commercial modeling, and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Engage Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential partners, negotiate win-win agreements, and develop BD playbooks.
  • Develop Commercial Strategies: Create and execute revenue-generating strategies, including co-marketing, data monetization, and tiered partnership models.
  • Foster Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with partners to facilitate collaboration, mutual growth, and repeat business.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze competitors' strategies and conduct market research to inform business growth initiatives.
  • Report on Business Performance: Track, analyze, and report on business growth efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Business Development Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, communicate complex ideas effectively, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese.
