Senior Operations Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Director to lead our LX operational teams and drive efficiency in processes and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Directly manage operational teams, focusing on Customer Support, and design implement efficient operational processes and structures.
  • KPIs and Motivation: Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs as well as motivational frameworks for Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality through tools such as performance analytics, QA frameworks, checklists, and roadmaps.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage team budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Management Experience: Proven management of Operational teams with 50+ personnel, including experience managing 3-4 Team Leaders and Heads.
  • Sales and Customer Support: Experience in Sales, Contact Center, and Customer Support.
  • Language Proficiency: English and Portuguese proficiency.
