- Address escalated client concerns and provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
- Monitor key performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, client satisfaction) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client journeys.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle client calls with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to improve performance.
- Proficiency with customer support tools, CRMs, and project management platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
