
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Troubleshooter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of their issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Troubleshooter will work closely with our customers to understand their problems and provide creative solutions to resolve them efficiently. They will also be responsible for documenting all customer interactions and updating the knowledge database with best practices and lessons learned.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. They should also possess a strong understanding of industry-specific products and systems, as well as experience with remote access tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, including 98, 2000, NT, XP, and Vista. Also, proficiency in standard network monitoring and analyzing tools, as well as advanced trouble-shooting skills with MS Office and standard applications.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
