Manufacturing Position Overview

This manufacturing role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless production operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining molds to meet production demands.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all paperwork.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including quality control manuals and associate handbooks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in respective areas.
  • Communicate with supervisors when low on supplies.
  • Identify and report any oil leaks or issues to the process engineer.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and request additional supplies as needed.
  • Assist with mold setup and changes as required.
  • Work overtime as needed to ensure production goals are met.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Hi Lo License, Rigging, and crane training required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain neat performance of duties.
  • Willingness to work extended hours whenever required.
  • Understanding of material handling systems.
  • Ability to complete mold changes within one hour while following safety protocols.
