Production Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Start up machines and maintain their optimal performance throughout the production cycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing machine, robot, and equipment alarms.
- Troubleshoot issues related to machine, mold, and material problems to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Production Shift Supervisor to report any difficulties or challenges that require special attention.
- Maintain accurate records of process verification, tool reports, and mistake-proofing check sheets.
- Take ownership of die change activities not performed by the Die Setter.
- Promote a clean and organized work environment by maintaining the appearance of thermolaters, robot control stations, DME units, and other equipment.
- Ensure the proper care and disposal of purgings.
- Cultivate a culture of cooperation and collaboration with support personnel from Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Acknowledge and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality protocols and safety guidelines.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, combined with one to three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hi Lo License, Rigging, and crane training certification.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- The capacity to write routine reports and correspondence.
- The skill to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
