**Job Title:** 3rd Shift Material Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team on the 3rd shift.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by accurately using materials and following proper procedures.
  • Utilize the Bill of Material to ensure accurate material usage and minimize waste.
  • Log all material type changes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedure when replacing materials and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information to supervisors and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous experience working with hi-lo equipment is preferred but not required.
