**Job Summary**We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying commercial engagement models that meet the needs of our key account teams and customers.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement structured business partnerships to improve and streamline commercial roles and customer experience.
  • Communicate and work across functions to ensure alignment between Ball's executional Commercial support functions and customers' strategic plans.
  • Develop metrics and reporting to effectively communicate Commercial's operational targets.
  • Prepare business-related analyses and reporting for various audiences to support Play to Win strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and drive to completion.
  • Conceptualize and deliver tools, templates, and general support frameworks for the Commercial team.
  • Handle field escalations of day-to-day issues related to key Commercial processes and drive to resolution in a matrixed organization.
  • Prepare and present compelling slide decks related to key Growth and/or Commercial initiatives to a wide range of audiences.
Key Outcomes:
  • Develop and measure critical commercial KPIs.
  • Create and implement standard processes, aligning to Growth and commercial excellence frameworks.
  • Present information to commercial leadership and analyze data.
