About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of software products. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with UX, engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver new software capabilities for users.
  • Translate high-level goals and strategies into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify user stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
  • Main point of contact for the development team, providing clarifications and making timely decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and changes effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
  • Review and validate deliverables to ensure they meet user requirements and business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs, project management, and agile development teams.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
