Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Job Description

As a key member of our Digital Marketing Data and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in building, testing, and deploying AI models that drive business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive strategic decisions.

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.

Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Coordinate data integration activities with technical experts. Ensure data quality and investigate anomalies. Collaborate with the data steward and technical experts to ensure proper data management. Write any documentation relating to the tasks performed.

Support the immediate team in all other analysis tasks or projects. Work with colleagues to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models
  • Master or PhD degree in a relevant field (Computer science, marketing, statistics, Mathematics)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures
  • Previous experience working on building MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) models
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
