Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software architecture principles and be able to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with technical leaders to elevate architecture practices.
  • Collaborating with teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debts and bugs.
  • Fostering adoption of best coding practices and patterns.
  • Writing technical documentation and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  • Creating architecture principles and presenting to different stakeholders.
  • Suggesting, developing, and implementing new tools and technologies.
  • Communicating and elaborating ideas to technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Identifying possible improvements in overall architecture and driving adoption of new architectural concepts.
  • Assisting in career development of other developers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in at least one programming language and its main frameworks.
  • Experience in Systems Architectural styles (Monolith, Plugin, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven).
  • Knowledge of Architecture concepts (Software design, hexagonal architecture, onion, clean architecture).
  • Experience with APIs and capabilities.
  • Leadership experience in deploying systems into production.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms and main providers.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) Technologies.
  • Experience in System Modeling.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring Tools, Metrics, and Observability.
  • Experience with Agile Framework.
  • Understanding of DevOps culture, automation, and main tools.
  • Knowledge of Quality practices.
  • Advanced level of English.
