Job Title: Fiscal Solution Specialist

A sophisticated and strategic fiscal solution specialist is sought to lead the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts. This includes facilitating communication and collaboration among international teams, conducting discovery sessions and scoping fiscal requirements, and performing fit-gap analyses to identify gaps between existing business processes and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all stages of the fiscal implementation project, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, alignment with the agreed scope, execution and verification of fiscal tests, effective communication with stakeholders, and support for local teams for a successful go-live.

  • Coordinate the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among international teams;
  • Collaborate with the tax department and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met in the new system;
  • Guide and support the local implementation team throughout the SAP S/4HANA Tax implementation journey;
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate fiscal solution implementation projects;
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and guidelines;
  • Develop and implement process improvements;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports;
Requirements
  • Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Systems Analysis or related fields;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Solid background in tax regulations and compliance, combined with strong project leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies;
