The position of a Clinical Program Manager is crucial in the healthcare risk management industry.
This individual will serve as an advocate for clients, driving down healthcare costs and enhancing lives by leveraging clinical expertise.
A collaborative effort with BSI Corporate Benefits will be established to expand client services and address evolving needs.
Responsibilities- Identify high-cost and at-risk claimants using clinical expertise to develop strategies for improved outcomes and reduced healthcare costs.
- Develop actionable plans utilizing medical and pharmacy claims data to drive better health outcomes and financial performance.
- Conduct employer worksite assessments to evaluate culture, facilities, policies affecting employee well-being.
- Establish and monitor wellness program metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Support on-site and near-site clinic programs with project management expertise.
- Prepare monthly clinical reports and collaborate with carrier case management.
- A clinical professional with relevant certification(s) is preferred.
- Someone who is innovative, client-focused, and eager to make a measurable impact on employee well-being.
- Two to three years' experience leading corporate wellness programs or equivalent clinical practice.
