Maximizing Network Performance and Security
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate for this Support Analyst N2 position will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of network infrastructure and security. This includes handling advanced-level support tickets, implementing robust solutions, and conducting capacity and performance analyses of network equipment.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough capacity and performance analyses of network equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Address advanced-level tickets related to networks and security, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Manage client and company equipment fleets, ensuring lifecycle compliance and best practices.
- Design, implement, configure, and manage firewalls from multiple vendors using advanced routing and protection techniques.
- Optimize large-scale wireless networks for performance, security, and troubleshooting.
- Implement switches, VLANs, and advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Utilize network monitoring tools and traffic analysis for proactive diagnosis and prevention of outages.
- Create, review, and promote technical documentation for team and client use.
- Support the development of junior teams.
- Manage crises with the team and clients during security incidents, outages, or related issues.
