About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work directly with our founding team. You will be responsible for architecting and building the systems that power modern healthcare experiences.
You will have the chance to work across the entire stack, own key product areas, and help shape a platform used by innovative digital health brands in North America.
This role requires a builder with product sense who thrives in ambiguity, wants to ship quickly, and takes pride in clean, scalable software.
Key Responsibilities- Ship features end-to-end: Across our MEAN-based stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.Js)
- Help scale our core platform: Integrating with third-party APIs (EHRs, pharmacies, telehealth networks)
- Build modular UI components, reusable backend services, and performant APIs
- Own architecture decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy
- 5+ years experience as a full-stack engineer in a startup or fast-moving product environment
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, React, and Node.Js
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
