We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to play a critical role in our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations for our Latin America workforce.

Key Responsibilities:- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, and deductions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll requirements, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
- Liaise effectively with local payroll bureaus to address complex employee and business queries.
- Work with external payroll vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, providing actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations across various LATAM countries (e.g. Argentina, Chile, Brazil)
- Experience processing multi-state or multi-country payrolls is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 90% proficiency).
- Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.
