Cloud Business Development Representative

You will serve as a dedicated point of contact for business development within the Cloud domain, responsible for all stages of business growth. Your role aims to build and expand the Cloud business while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About this Role
  • Sales and Upselling: You will be responsible for product/service sales and upselling across various verticals and sizes.
  • Product Expertise: Explain technical products/solutions and their value proposition to businesses.
  • Prospecting Campaigns: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
  • Sales Process Development: Develop and lead outbound campaigns, refine our sales process, and codify best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Product/Service Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities and close deals within existing accounts.
  2. Technical Support: Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
  3. Renewals Management: Manage customer renewal sales processes, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Customer Education: Educate customers on Digital and cloud products.
  5. Analyze Data Trends: Analyze market dynamics and customer performance to maximize results.
