Job Title: Client Services Trainee

Job Summary:

This role requires an individual to provide top-notch customer support via phone and email, addressing queries related to our solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, assist with annual fiscal reports, maintain databases, and deliver training programs to clients on our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Analyze market data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and submission of annual fiscal reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in databases for suppliers.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to clients on our portfolio.
Requirements:
  • CURRENTLY PURSUING A DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION, MARKETING, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS, OR RELATED FIELDS.
  • EXPECTED GRADUATION FROM JUNE/2027.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE PACKAGE (ESPECIALLY EXCEL AND POWERPOINT).
  • INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH SKILLS (READING/WRITING).
  • ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION, ANALYTICAL, AND PROACTIVE PROFILE.
  • AVALIABILITY TO WORK IN A HYBRID MODEL IN SÃO PAULO/CAPITAL (4 DAYS ON-SITE).
