Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating our momentum as the fastest growing large consumer goods company in Latin America. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative insights, creative territory, and narrative with Creative Strategy Director to drive winning campaigns.
  • Collaborate with End-to-End & Brand Leads to identify opportunities for disruptive creative narratives and develop strategies to translate those opportunities into actions.
  • Define content amplification plans and develop cross-marketing sub-functions (Design, Connections, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media) with the IMX team and local markets.
  • Develop Consumer Promotions as critical components of big ideas and ensure relevance and efficiency.
  • Develop Consumer execution guidelines and support Marketing Execution by handing over to local marketing teams robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation.
  • Align key stakeholders to IMX strategy; lead agency relationships and identify innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Communication and creative experience (+3 years)
  • Great consumer understanding and cultural trends
  • Experience content & production creative development
  • Ability to decode IMX strategy and execution plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Agency Creative or Planning Experience is a plus
