Job Role:

A highly skilled Direct Response Copywriter is required to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full creative process, from scripting to final creative production, to produce high-converting ads on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with the content manager to source and manage new content for various marketing channels.
  • Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics through data-driven insights and optimized ad creatives.
  • Script UGC direct response creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement innovative ad campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in direct response marketing, preferably in a DTC brand or creative agency setting.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics tools, such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high-converting content across paid channels.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, and make data-driven decisions.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles.
  • Write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure visually compelling and on-brand ads.
  • Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team.
