Senior Cybersecurity Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing the security operations of our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in IT Security tools, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior cybersecurity analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day security administration of network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data loss prevention solutions.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and breaches, minimizing potential impact on the organization.
  3. Lead incident response efforts, coordinate investigations, and ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters, both internally and externally.
  5. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify weaknesses in networks, systems, and applications, and recommend remediation actions.
Requirements:
  1. Advanced Level of English language proficiency.
  2. 4+ years of technical leadership experience in a cyber-security operations environment.
  3. CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications preferred; other relevant security certifications considered.
  4. Technical hands-on proficiency with at least three security-related systems and applications.
  5. Knowledge of information security principles, including risk assessment, intrusion detection, and network access control.
  6. Strong familiarity with cryptographic concepts and their practical application.
  7. Experience in securing cloud environments.
  8. Proven focus on metrics-driven delivery: defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring SLAs, and enhancing environment to meet SLAs.
