**About the Role**

Altios International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Agronomic Business Development Manager to lead its client's sales and agronomic efforts in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Brazil

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners in the region

• Provide technical advice and support to customers on agronomic practices and fertilizer usage

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

• Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in agronomy and sales

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agronomy

• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market and industry trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and French is a plus
