About the Role

Altios International is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Agronomic Area Manager to join its team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives in Brazil, focusing on the Central West, Southeast, and South regions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors in the assigned regions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Represent Altios International in a professional manner, building trust and credibility with customers and industry partners.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies to meet business targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide ongoing technical advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Regularly report to senior management on sales progress, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering or master's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Technician.
  • Native or advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English, and French (a plus).
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the industry or marketing similar products.
  • Commercial profile and knowledge of commercial strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry within the specified regions of Brazil (mainly Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais & Paraná).
  • Technical expertise in fertilizers is essential.
