LA Relationship Business Manager

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a LA Relationship Business Manager. As a key member of our LA Category team, you will play a crucial role in driving our eCommerce business forward in key LA countries, including Brazil and Mexico.
Responsibilities:- Market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for eCommerce growth
- Collaborate with LA Category and eCommerce teams to build a robust eCommerce website and product portfolio
- Develop and implement quarterly sales-in/sales-out plans to drive business growth
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Communicate and present portfolio and product updates to Online Sales Managers and the wider eCommerce team
- Ensure a competitive price structure for products, aligning with ISG and Category strategy targets
- Manage the product life cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to new products and maximizing sales and profit targets
- At least 6 years of experience in sales or sales management in the region
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high degree of self-motivation
- Proficiency in Excel and other office applications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong x86 Server expertise and related ecosystem
- Solid understanding of Server software products
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience working with large relationship accounts
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
