Job Title: LA Relationship Business Manager

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a LA Relationship Business Manager. As a key member of our LA Category team, you will play a crucial role in driving our eCommerce business forward in key LA countries, including Brazil and Mexico.

Responsibilities:
  • Market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for eCommerce growth
  • Collaborate with LA Category and eCommerce teams to build a robust eCommerce website and product portfolio
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales-in/sales-out plans to drive business growth
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Communicate and present portfolio and product updates to Online Sales Managers and the wider eCommerce team
  • Ensure a competitive price structure for products, aligning with ISG and Category strategy targets
  • Manage the product life cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to new products and maximizing sales and profit targets
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales or sales management in the region
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high degree of self-motivation
  • Proficiency in Excel and other office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong x86 Server expertise and related ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of Server software products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience working with large relationship accounts
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
