Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our prime brokerage team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our institutional clients in Sao Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned prime brokerage clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their unique needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, leveraging your knowledge of the investment industry and regulatory environment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including risk, operations, execution, and onboarding teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' risk profiles and regulatory requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with product and support teams to gather customer and market feedback, driving new product development and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in prime brokerage, sales desk, or relationship management, with a strong understanding of the investment industry and regulatory environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of common investment strategies and front-to-back trade flows across prime products, as well as an understanding of client risk and regulatory requirements.
