A Clinical Nurse Specialist is needed to lead the design and implementation of training programs.

Responsibilities
  1. This position requires serving as a clinical product specialist for Insujet, delivering support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials.
  2. Expert insights and user feedback must be provided to inform internal teams on regulatory compliance and future product development strategies.
  3. Strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, allied health professionals, and patient advocacy groups are necessary to enhance awareness and endorsement of the Insujet System within the diabetes community.
  4. The successful candidate will develop targeted educational resources to support effective adoption and sustained use among intended user populations.
  5. Specialized training programs will be delivered to healthcare professionals, equipping them to confidently support patients in long-term use of the Insujet System.
  6. Clinical evaluations with healthcare providers will be coordinated to drive adoption, while collecting real-world evidence for marketing, documentation, and training initiatives.
  7. Real-world data on clinical outcomes and product usability from patients and healthcare professionals will be collected using standardized tools.
  8. Post-market support will be provided to ensure continued and effective use of the Insujet System.
Requirements
  • A degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, business/marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes-related knowledge/product experience is beneficial.
  • Strong clinical account management skills are essential, along with the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry; experience in diabetes/endocrinology products is desired.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills are necessary to educate healthcare professionals and patients on correct product usage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis is essential.
  • Results-driven individuals with strong resilience and execution ability are preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
