
Property Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Associate to assist us in selling properties. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new listings, working with the seller to set a competitive price for the property, and ultimately finding a buyer to purchase the property. As part of this process, you may help improve the property to attract buyers or negotiate on the asking price.
The ideal candidate will have a real estate license and preferably a bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field. However, if you have ample experience in the field, a degree is not necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing new listings for our organization
- Setting an asking price for the property
- Finding suitable buyers to view the house
- Negotiating on the final selling price with the buyer
- Assisting with processing necessary paperwork
Requirements and qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Real estate license
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Familiarity with the local real estate market
This is a full-time, part-time, internship, contract, or permanent position. Contract length is 12 months, with part-time hours averaging 40 per week. Pay is R$23,200.00 - R$80,200.00 per year. Ability to commute/relocate to Rio de Janeiro, RJ is required.
