Job Description

This role is a full-time contractor position that involves aiding the operations team in idea generation, requirement gathering, and client relationship maintenance. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for finding creative solutions to client issues, problem-solving bottlenecks, system implementation, and the effective installment of positive cultures.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A business-related college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in general business.
  • 5+ years of management consulting experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
