About the Position

As a technical solutions expert, you will play a key role in defining and delivering value-driven solutions that meet customer needs. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from their investment.

You will be responsible for understanding customer environments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing tailored solutions to address these challenges. Your work will focus on building long-term relationships with customers, driving adoption of our platform, and helping them achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that target cross-platform solutions, meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Understand key customer business requirements and position high-level designs across our portfolio solutions, creating business value for customers.
  • Drive customer adoption of our platform, build customer relationships by helping them achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate.
  • Conduct discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
  • Skilled in at least one of the following: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
  • Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred.
  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
