About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager, Retail Experience to join our team at Amazon Brazil. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for leading pricing strategy and operations for Brazil, ensuring that we offer the best prices across millions of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure that our pricing strategy aligns with their goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy, and generate insights for business teams to offer competitive prices.
  • Work closely with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance.
  • Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive and aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on Brazil-specific requirements and educate worldwide teams on those.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Relevant experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
