About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to join our team at Amazon Brazil. As a Retail Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategies to improve vendor relationships, product selection, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top vendors to drive business growth and improve terms and cost structures.
  • Conduct vendor audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase product category sales and improve vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with finance and inventory management teams to drive business growth and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management.
  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
