About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to join our team at Amazon Brazil. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Vendor Management: You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating terms and conditions, and driving vendor performance.
  • Business Analysis: You will analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and inventory management, to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail management, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
