About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our team at Amazon Brazil. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and preferences, and working with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet those needs.
  • Vendor Management: You will manage relationships with key vendors, negotiating terms and driving business growth through effective vendor management.
  • Business Analysis: You will analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Inventory Management, to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze data and drive business results, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
